Office Building "EcoStatus" is a project where the most advanced solutions in the field of energy saving, ecological construction and ergonomics of office space are applied for the comfort of the tenants.
We do not make our customers pay for ineffective and uneconomical solutions, and that is natural for us.

The building has modern aesthetics with the application of the latest technology and materials, nevertheless much attention was paid to make it fit into the historic surroundings of the city center.
Ligovsky Avenue 140, hundred meters away from the metro and Obvodniy Kanal Quai, 830 meters from another metro station " Ligovskiy Prospekt", one kilometer from " Zvenigorodskaya " metro station and two kilometers from Moskovskiy railway station.
